Zuma Home Gym, including optional Leg Press, Multi-Hip/Glute, add-on weight and various bars & attachments. You can do dozens of different strength exercises on this gym (I can Email a chart showing the exercises), and all from the front of the gym. You can back it up to a wall or into a corner. Compact, doesn't take up much floor space. Pristine condition, and very smooth action. Sells new for over $2K. Sacrificing all my gym equipment so I can get new floors!
